We are looking for a individual keen to shoulder and manage the day to day activity of the branch, be accountable for the financials, and build and support the sales function. Preference would be to individuals with a sales background. MBA from a reputed university is preferred.
Job role / Key responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the daily operations of the branch and offer guidance to the team
- Be responsible to grow the team to the next level and build a positive mindset among all individuals
- Be responsible for meeting targets and financial growth of the branch
- Build relationships with the clients. Every client is important to us be it big or small
- Implement set processes and meet the required KPI’s.
- Develop product growth strategies for the branch.
- Participate in building company’s reputation in the industry.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales of international freight forwarding services.
- Industry Knowledge and ability to present related information in a way that makes sense to all audiences, organizations and/or groups to foster full appreciation for offered services.
- Be capable to build good relationships with customers at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills: Outgoing, positive and engaging. This position requires the ability to speak comfortably in front of a group.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A good team player.
